Conferences

As a result of rapid developments in communications and technology, together with an increasing trend towards globalization, many changes have occurred in the world of work and organizations. These changes have brought about the development of new patterns of organizations, industrial relations, work values, forms of employment and more.

Therefore, the Center for the Study of Organizations and Human Resource Management, in cooperation with the Department of Sociology and Anthropology and the Graduate School of Business, has organized a series of conferences to discuss and investigate current research and developments in these fields.

At these conferences, papers are presented by researchers from various fields and organizations in the academy, as well as by practitioners, some of whom are directors and managers practicing in the field. From the perspective of their different fields, conference participants discuss their current research and projects, and share theoretical and practical observations of these wide-ranging and significant processes.
